Pros +
- Walking distance to Shinjuku station, close to the subway station, clean and modern looking. We loved it, the rooms are not huge but enough for a couple. 7/11 at the basement floor is a huge thing, trust me.
- 1. Hotel is new with modern and quality finishings2. Very clean and tidy3. Quiet and peaceful area4. Comfortable beds and pillows5. Close to train starions and convenience stores
- Super clean and comfortable, the 61cm bed was perfect, I loved the bathroom with a japanese bath. There is a convenience store that you can reach directly with an elevator, also there are coin operated laundry machines that we used. This is an office district so it’s dead at night.
Cons -
- The Shinjuku station is 18 min walk away
- Not able to stream Netflix etc… tvs were not compatible which was weird. Personally a big part of what I enjoy about hotel stays is laying in bed watching Netflix at the end of a busy travel day so this was a huge negative.
- I didn’t realize it was in the business district so further from main Shinjuku area. But hotel overall was very nice.

Breakfast buffet was amazing and our favorite part. Rooms were spacious enough for two people.

Great, helpful staff and comfortable rooms. Good bed and excellent cleanliness.

Nice restaurant and hotel lobby.
The room seemed a little outdated from what I remember.
small rooms but large bathroom and overall excellent for the price
Clean nice room, great staff. Recommend the hotel.
Didn’t realize location was a bit further from main Shinjuku area.
I liked the look of the lobby and having an accessible restaurant next door. The bathroom was nice. In line with the other hotels we stayed at during our trip.
The room was too small. I didn't like having the bed against the wall. The decor didn't really match the public areas outside of the room. I didn't like the customer service. The lady who greeted us was not warm. She checked us in and out. Never smiled. Just doing her job so to speak.
Hotel close to shinjuku west subway station, about 7 mins walke. Hotel facilities are quite nice, very good service. Staff are quite friend and helpful.
One thing to recommend to upgrade is the quality of the duvet, the texture is a bit too thin and soft for me. Regarding location, we have to transfer at shinjuku station for most of the time.
We stayed in a few different hotels around the same price point and my spouse and I both agreed this was our favorite! The bathroom was great, the bed and pillows comfy, and the hotel friendly and clean. This would be the one we would rebook!
Great staff, easy check in and out. Rooms were very clean and big for Japan. Room was big enough for 2 adults and 3 children with comfort. Breakfast was great. Location is close to train station and having the 7-11 downstairs is great. No complaints. Highly suggest to stay with families.
Loved it all, not a single complaint
The restaurant next door has an excellent breakfast buffet. The bathroom had a soaking tub and the shower had a rain feature. The controls were very easy to understand. We liked the Halloween theme since it reminded us of home. We also liked the free hair and skin products near the reception area.
Our room was very small. We had a difficult time fitting our luggage in our room.
I liked the fact that the room was spacious and big compared to other rooms in other hotels in Tokyo. I also liked that they provide supplementary mouth wash, toothpaste etc downstairs and there is 7/11 next to the hotel and also family mart! The location is great!
I didn’t like how some of the staff welcomed me when I checked in and they also had difficulties understanding English.
Beautiful! Very clean! Friendly staff
A coffee /tea bar other than the restaurant. We were told by restaurant staff we could not just buy a cup of coffee.
Great friendly staff, close to shinjuku station good location good value for money
Small rooms relatively
Very close to metro line, clean and large size room
I will say that this hotel was an absolute life saver after traveling all day. We were fortunate to have this be our first hotel and right off the bat we were able to unload, relax and rest immediately. Easy to get too, clean and quiet.
Only downside was not being right in the middle of things. I say this lightly as it added maybe 10 minutes to traveling. Do you want Shinjuku right at your doorsteps? this might not be the spot. Don't mind walking a few more blocks for the sake of peace and quiet? This is that kinda place.
Location is ok. Not far from stations. Room is clean and housekeeping service is good. Room is small but I guess it’s normal in Japan, and facility is ok considering the price.
Staff on check out was very very bad attitude. She seemed to be soooo disturbed and annoyed. Wayyy worse than an even normal attitude (only her. Other staff are good). I don’t wanna judge cuz I don’t know what she is experiencing but it did kinda ruin my mood in the morning :(
The room was a good size. Bathroom was lovely. Bed was comfortable. Staff were friendly, professional and helpful. Onsite restaurant was excellent - staff there were great too. There was a 7/11 in the basement which was very convenient as well as a bakery just a little walk away (their food was delicious!). We forwarded our luggage to Kyoto and the reception staff were so helpful in assisting us with this process. Would definitely stay again.
Everything was great!
